Merged and Individual Satellite s used for this Update

All FLA Zones were updated Using a Multi satellite Merged Composite Image and individual satellite images that came in at 1230 am MA region was updated with a latest individual satellite shot and NOT a merged shot

A 12 HOUR multi Satellite Merged data image assembled from at least 8 separate satellites in the 12 hour time period was used to produce this updated Image in part or in full. Temperatures displayed are an AVERAGE of those 12 hours before the Image was produced.

Merged images of this type are useful and used mostly because the latest Individual Satellite passes were unsatisfactory due to various reasons but usually heavy cloud cover is the most common reason. Merged time lapse data results in a better presentation of less cloudy data rather then a completely cloudy update or no current update at all.
