All areas updated--poor photos, clouds, & false data

We were able to update all areas however many of them are mostly cloudy.

Photos show that clear breaks within some areas may contain nearly invisible, paper thin clouds that can distort proper temperature readings and cause errors. Photo quality from which this chart set was produced, ranges from poor to fair.

We will try agin late this evening.
